For Wish Upon a Wedding:
- Social Media Management: Posted 3x/week on Instagram and Facebook, supported by timely Stories featuring wishes and event highlights.
- Email Marketing: Designed and launched a multi-touch email campaign targeting over 500+ potential corporate sponsors per month.
- Annual Gala Promotion: Developed digital ads, social content, and radio campaigns to drive attendance and support for their gala—which raised over $1.3 million for the organization.
- Radio & Video Strategy: Crafted a Midwest radio campaign and began production on a promotional video to expand donor and partner engagement even further.

THE RESULTS: WISH UPON A WEDDING
Helps2 played a key role in expanding Wish Upon a Wedding’s reach and elevating its fundraising success. In one quarter, the organization saw a 3% increase in Facebook reach (18,519 users) and a 32% increase on Instagram (5,453 users), all through organic content. The platforms also welcomed 184 new Facebook followers and 41 new Instagram followers. Most notably, Helps2’s strategic marketing and event promotion helped drive an incredible $1.3 million in donations in support of WUW’s annual gala.
Social Media Ad Campaign: Our custom built ad campaigns reached over 419,000 accounts with 13,872 clicks.

Email Marketing Campaign: Our multi-touch email campaign reached over 1300 wedding industry professionals with an 86% open rate, leading to 9% click rate to the website.


THE SOLUTION: WISH UPON A DRESS

- Paid Ad Campaigns: Ran carousel and animated ads reaching nearly 100K impressions and generating 243 clicks to shop online.
- Local Engagement: 716 shoppers in the Chicago area reached with in-store calls to action.
- Monthly Giveaways: Introduced raffles to grow organic engagement and email list.
- Google Ads & Grant Setup: Paused social ads to focus on Google Shopping Ads and began the grant activation process.
Social Media Ad Campaign: Our custom built , smaller scale ad campaign was shown to 105,689 accounts with 224 clicks.

THE RESULTS: WISH UPON A DRESS
In just one quarter, Helps2 propelled Wish Upon a Dress to new digital heights. Facebook reach soared by 3,700% to 14,803 users, while Instagram grew 53% to 15,147 users. Our targeted ad campaigns generated 96,946 impressions, drove 243 active shoppers to the site, and reached 716 local users with in-store calls to action. All efforts were strategically aligned with the gala campaign, amplifying momentum and strengthening brand synergy across both organizations.
